iREfLECT Login Tips

If you are having trouble logging into your REfLECT account via the iPhone application then these tips may help you:

Depending on how you normally access the system, REfLECT may actually never see your password. In this case, you’ll need to set a second password in your account to use with RSS feeds and the iPhone application. REfLECT will normally prompt you the first time you login to set this password if this is the case, but you can reset it by going to the following selection in REfLECT:

tools ⇒ my settings ⇒ preferences tab ⇒

If you don’t need to set a second password, this option will not be visible.

The iPhone application is case sensitive for both membership number and password based upon the case you last used to log into REfLECT. In most cases, your membership number should be in UPPERCASE. You cannot log in using you IfL registered email address.
